Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), statutory since 6th April 2007, requires the need for accurate and detailed documentation, as part of the all important 'Legal Documentation pack'. Our third party and 'un-biased' report could prove crucial to a Landlord (or Tenant) should a dispute arise and the need for deposit monies being retained, or released, is in question.
