Inventory Report and Schedule of Condition

Our Inventory Report and Schedule of Condition, is a highly detailed record of a property’s condition and its contents.

The Inventory-Schedule document is compiled, prior to the commencement of a tenancy.

Our report will comment on and include the standard of cleanliness, the condition of all internal areas, the fixtures, fittings, white goods and furniture/contents.

Furniture & soft furnishing items (subject to ‘Fire Labelling’) will be duly noted, as will the condition of Smoke Alarms and standard electrical items, such as white goods and lamps/lighting. Where viable, items such as mattresses will also be inspected for wear/marks, and comments made accordingly.

Whether fully-furnished, part-furnished or un-furnished, we pride ourselves on producing comprehensive and highly detailed reports, in a non-biased, factual and non-ambiguous, user-friendly format.

The comprehensive nature of our documentation ensures that a landlord’s most important assets, will be safeguarded during the period of tenancy.

Garden areas are also included, with comments made as to the condition of all areas, as necessary.

Digital photographs may also be taken to endorse/record a specific item or area.

Used in conjunction with the Check-In Report, our impartial Inventory reports are a positive means by which potential misunderstandings or disagreements can be avoided, once a tenancy has ended.

This key report is an essential part of the legal documentation pack.
