Items included are: Furniture, Fixtures, Fittings, Contents, Interiors and Gardens with comments made, as to the condition of an area or item, as necessary.
Digital photographs may be taken to endorse/record a specific item or area.
Used in conjunction with a Check-In/Check-Out Report, our detailed Inventory's safeguard a landlords asset and assist in avoiding potential disputes (at the end of a tenancy).
A comprehensive inventory is also a key potential aid, to contributors of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
This key document, being part of the legal documentation, is issued at the commencement of a let, and retained by all parties.
